On occasion, deliveries will be dependant on availability of stock, accessibility and the safety of our delivery drivers. We will always keep you informed. If there is nobody to accept the flower delivery, we will endeavour to find a neighbour who is willing to accept them on the recipient’s behalf, or find a safe place where they can be left, for example, inside a porch or outbuilding. We will leave a card to say where they have been left or if they have been returned to the shop. The recipient can then contact us and we will arrange for the delivery to be re-sent to them either the same day or as soon as is convenient.
Winter weather – “If there’s snow on the ground we won’t be around!” In adverse weather conditions, deliveries will be dependant on stock availability and the safety of our drivers. We will always keep our customers informed of any delay and will make deliveries once we have received stock and it is safe for our delivery drivers to do so. Thank you for your patience.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your delivery, please call and let us know on the same day of receipt. We will not be able to deal with your complaint if more than 3 days have elapsed. The original product will need to be returned to us in order for us to fully investigate any issues. If the complaint is deemed justifiable, a replacement, credit note or refund will be offered.
